beans are poisonous
ReplyDeleteRegular Soy is disastrous for your hormonal and endocrine system. If you eat Soy, it should be fermented.
ReplyDeleteAlso, Retinol serums and creams have been clinically proven to INCREASE collagen in the skin.
You sound very uninformed — not impressed
Why all the freakout about soy? The Japanese eat more soy than any other place on Earth, yet they have the longest lifespan.
ReplyDeleteThis ia all very good advice but do you Exersice get enough rest drink enough water ?
ReplyDeleteNice video. Best natural source of CollagenType 2, Hyaluronic acid (HA) and Chondroitin sulfate that is of a molecular size your body can absorb is a product called Liquid Biocell. Look it up. Sold by Modere.
ReplyDeleteNo soy! Mucho bad
ReplyDeleteDr. David Glidden talks on utube about GMO foods to avoid and even foods sprayed with Monsanto "ROUND UP" and other... ;Sebi; Dr. Morse Herbal Health Club; Dr. Eric Berg, DC( Identifying Nutritional Deficiencies Thtough Nails, Skin, & Hair);Tanny Raw; Hilde Larson; Dr. Barrie Tower( The dangers of WiFi/ microwaves radiation on the body - MUST WATCH; Hulda Clark...
ReplyDeleteThe sun has been demonized for way too long. The sun is healthy for everyone. Of course, everything in moderation. Personally I have moved away from using sunscreen and haven't noticed any tragic results, on the contrary, I look healthy naturally ;)
ReplyDeletemen...don't eat too much phyto estrogen foods like Soy, flax, garbanzo beans
ReplyDeleteTurkey for sure is not good hahahhaha lool
ReplyDeleteSuncream is carcinogenic and soya is GMO
ReplyDeleteI don't agree with beans or soy. It ages you, dont eat it often, you cana eat it occasionally. I'm 35 years old,but people thought I'm like 20. You are rightt about sunscreen.
ReplyDeleteAndieTheFox soy wreaks havoc on a woman's hormones. Things like breast cancer and estrogen dominance can be promoted by soy consumption. Estrogen dominance is like a death sentence
ReplyDeleteWow beautiful video thanks for the tips! I would avoid soya tho, being a man, since soy stimulates estrogens production!
ReplyDeleteturkey prunes beans
ReplyDeletei farted
ReplyDeleteSoy is a poison............... Where did you get this detrimental to your health information? Are you a licensed medical professional or dietician?
ReplyDeleteSpinach smoothie , is great for your skin...makes your skin softer and more plumpier. Oh and pumpkin seeds as well is good.
ReplyDeleteUse fresh soy , no side effect , use as juices as fresh as we like
ReplyDeleteI use extra virgin coconut oil and sesame oil for my face , and drink one spoon of sesame oil for my stomach
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the Tips!! I will let you know how things turned out!!
ReplyDeleteWts. Urs age dear???
ReplyDeleteI go by the blood type diet which happened to bring my cholesterol down to a good level when I follow it. However, any bean, any soy, any high lectin foods such as peanuts and cereals etc... (you can google high lectin foods list to see what I mean)...really harm my digestive system and I also notice dark circles under my eyes. I think that people have to do individual research on what is said and then get into foods that do not make matters worse. As for you saying products can do more damage, I have seen it myself. I have had to quit using such skin products because I notice I get wrinkles on the sides of my eyes. Otherwise, I just use facial exercises. I do not use any honey at all as I gain weight very fast, on your skin is good though. Propolis is a supplement that might do things from the inside...but again, each person has to decide and research their own body's acceptance of products and foods.
ReplyDeleteSunscreen....... Bad chemicals
ReplyDeleteHoney is truly amazing.. I put honey on my face while I take a bath. Also washing with fresh aloe vera is amazing !!!!! I agree with every thing but the soy and the use of sunscreen~ Stay natural and eat right, exercise rest... If nature provides all we need why put that synthetic toxins on your face?
ReplyDeleteThank you for this video. a couple of points. Soy is a very controversial subject. if you research it you'll find that it is full of a synthetic type of estrogen which is NOT healthy. As far as honey is concerned the BEST HONEY for anyone is LOCALLY SOURCED honey. The reason is because it has the right antibodies and nutrients for your area. The BEST thing about honey is it's immune building properties. but putting honey on your skin can be a double edged sword. bevause honey can actually PREVENT the production of collagen. You didn't mention eggs but eggs are incredibly great for your skin prob. one of THE ABSOLUTE BEST foods for your skin. eggs have the perfect amino acids for human consumption and all this helps keep the muscles in your face and body strong.
ReplyDeleteI strongly disagree with sunscreen. our skin absorbs some of whatever we out put on our skin and if you read ALL THE CHEMICALS IN SUNSCREEN are not good to be absorbing into the skin. I've personally never used the stuff but I had 3 friends who use to wear it like crazy. They were obsessed with the stuff. 2 of them have had skin cancer. there is currently research about the actual safety in sunscreen and it is known there are cancer causing chemicals in sunscreen. its crazy to bake that stuff into your skin. also most Americans are deficient in several nutrients and one of them is vitamin D from the sun. 15- 20 minutes a day in direct sunlight is great for helping to boost the immune system and also helps keep skin clear. It kills bacteria on the surface of your skin. But but the vitamin D keeps your bones strong. Americans are not deficient in calcium but vit, d from the sun. It is not the same as from a pill.
