    ...just a little something from personal experience. I've had excema most of my life and one of the huge triggers that can make my hands severely break out is if I peal potatoes and my hands touch the starchy little things. I can eat them, that's doesn't affect me, but touching the raw starch, nope! Wish I could try this recipe but I can't afford to scare the hell out of my grandchildren if I end up looking like the mummy! lol

    I did it and it felt good and it looked refreshed. I am 74 years old and a specialist of our hospital told me that I have diabetis , already for three years. I did not know that, so I started immediately to slow down on sugar, felt miserable the first week. My husband and I started to eat different, not less! I lost 10 kg in two months. But my face looks more wrinkled now.
    I saw your explanation with the patatoes and the egg and have put it on my face and neck. It did a good job! Thanks for sharing.

    as a teenager, my grandma made me use oatmeal mixed with lemon juice as a scrub, with just the beaten egg white as a mask after. great stuff.
    my teen daughter won't listen and believe!

    I just meet a woman that uses starch water and wipes only egg whites and put it on her face for 15 minutes and rinses every night !!! She has beautiful smooth skin!!! Glad I found this video
