    Day 1 : started doing the exercise
    Day 2 : My cheeks and jaw hurts . No noticeable difference
    Day 3 : Not much difference .
    Day 4: My jaw line became bit visible.
    Day5: same as yesterday

One thing to note is dont expect fast results if you dont stay on a diet and you dont workout on a daily basis the reason being is what we consume on our daily basis affect us either positive or negative i started today and ive been working out for weeks and i can feel this doing wonder it works and its great

  17. It's only about 11 days till school begins. And now that I see that people actually get results makes me motivated and happy. I wanna try it so that I really can get a new start. Plus... I really hate my double chin. You cannot see it if I'm not forcing it out but it still makes my face look chubby lmao

Im on like day 3 of this workout heres how it affected me (positive way) the first day i noticed really fast changes which gave me a great motivation to keep doing them the second day i kept doing them as usual in 5 sets for 45 seconds noticed great changes on my neck and my neck posture also on my chin the neck flab is smaller thanks to this my adams apple is starting to notice aswell ive mixed this workout with a workout where you put two dumbell weights on your forehead and asume abs position on the floor while moving your neck up and down this will assist me in the lower part of my neck im on day 3 and i noticed one thing today my face is slimmer mixing this with your other workouts its the best way to go works wonders im happy that i came onto this video i highly encourage people to try this since its working for me
