It's very difficult to get hold of Retin A in the UK. . Too many rules and regulations. They don't let us make decisions about our own body
ReplyDeleteYou look so gorgeous 🌸 l love your hair
ReplyDeletehello melissa, let me first mention how GOURGEOUS u look , and how lovely you seem :) ... i started retine a 0.025% like 3 months ago am still using it every 3 nights , i moistrize a lot, and wear sunscreen , i noticed that i got deeper wrinkles around my eyes and even new ones , am really frustrated, i dont know if it is someting temporary and things will get better if i continue using it, or is it just that my skin isnt compatible with retine a and i should stop it ...i was going to stop but wheb i saw how beautiful you skin is , i am taking a second thought ...kindly tell me if u experienced the same thing or if u have any idea about it , i am freaking out . Much love <3
ReplyDeleteMelissa you are the most beautiful lady on you tube inside & out how could we not have fun with you. Xx
ReplyDeleteSO DISAPPOINTING!! Everyone KNOWS what happens when we age! WHY WOULD YOU LIE ? JUST OWN IT
ReplyDeleteyou look Fabulous
ReplyDeleteIts AMAZING how much younger you look, you look like you are 40 at oldest, just a beautiful woman!
ReplyDeletePlease make a video of your diy Vitamin C serum, I also make my own but you are so knowledgeable I'd like to see how you make yours please 😍thank you! God bless 🙏💃
ReplyDeleteI don’t see forehead wrinkles or elevens!!LOL ,Your gorgeous !! Wonder if it’s to late for me to start Retin A,I’m almost 59!!,Thanks for the info!!🤔
ReplyDeleteI think alot of your timeless beauty is your bone structure...😁
ReplyDeleteYou should be in the Guinness Book of World Records for the youngest looking over - 60 woman. I actually see zero lines or wrinkles when your face is at rest. It's hard to believe that you don't use Botox or fillers... just Retin A?? I have been using Retin a for a little while, and after seeing you I'll be using it forever!
ReplyDeleteYou have such beautiful and youthful skin. Your under eye area looks bright and smooth. Thank you for sharing your tips. I’m definitely going to get me the same products that you use and will be trying your skin care regime. 🌺
ReplyDeleteHi Melissa, I've been watching your videos for quite awhile now and have never made a comment. I just want to thank you for being so REAL and showing yourself in your absolute natural state. You are truly beautiful and from the inside out, too! Your tips are incredible and I love your style of filming/lighting, too. I am almost 56 and generally have good skin (so people tell me), but bouts of nasty hormonal acne. Thankfully I don't scar, but with all the other ravages of time, sun....and the fact the skin cancer can start to be a threat and with the occasional breakouts, my doc started me on Retin-A. She told me that it can actually PREVENT skin cancer. In the beginning, it was really tough on me....redness, peeling and it even burned my eyes (not sure how it creeps there), but I followed your tips (had to back off) and started to spread it out, increasing the frequency slowly. Now, after 3 months, I continue to struggle a little as it causes even more breakouts and hope this phase ends soon, but redness and peeling are minimizing now!! I am spending time covering up the breakouts on my chin, but I don't touch them and let the Retin-A do it's job. I am happy to report though that I have gotten to the point where I can now use it every day!! For me, the key is to mix with a good moisturizer. I can't use it alone yet and not sure I will. Once I accidentally got too close to the eyes and boy, did they wrinkle up. I imagine over time, this is minimized just like the rest of the face. I am bringing it down under my chin now and just starting to stretch down my neck a bit with good results. I am going to purposely start using it in the eye area like you do, but will do so carefully of course. You are an inspiration to us all! Thank you Melissa for spending your precious time giving these tips and being such a gracious and beautiful hostess. I just can't get over how incredible you look at 60!!! :-) ~Jackie
ReplyDeleteI agree with all
ReplyDeleteThe ladies commenting here , wow how is it possible you look so young . It’s incredible how stunning and young you look. I’m sorry I’m too scared to use retin A near my eyes . Some got around them recently and I had red inflamed circles all around them . I wish I could use it around my eyes as I have heaps of crows feet and we are the same age . ❤️
Can't believe you're +60, omg! You're totally goals
ReplyDeleteMy sisters are just talking about u in our WhatsApp group 😍😍😍😍😍🤣🤣🤣🤣 Of course about your skin and spirit 😍😍😍😍
ReplyDeleteSeriously the first time I’m watching your video I’m 28, and after 2 minutes I subscribed. Your smile and sweet personality and laughter is contagious. I hope it rubs off on me
ReplyDeleteWow! You look amazing and your skin absolutely glows!
ReplyDeleteThe comments here r just so beautiful and kind, that I'm getting fucking emotional!!! I'm not used to this kind of YouTube at all when it comes to the comments section!😳
ReplyDeleteHi Melissa, wanted to know if you really did start making your own Vitamin C serum? and if the link you provided below was the actual recipe you used? how's it working for you? did you have to tweak it in anyway? I hear the ph level for Vitamin C should be around 4.5 ph?
ReplyDeletei come back to your videos often and i am always stunned by how lovely u are
ReplyDeleteYou are so beautiful!!! Your skin is amazing. I'm new to youtube and I watched your obagi review and it has me wanting to try it. I have my consult tomorrow for the Obagi line. I hope I have great results as well and I hope an obagi review helps bring people to my channel.
ReplyDeleteShe does not look even near 60
ReplyDeleteYou look amazing
ReplyDeleteGirl, your forehead looks great. No need for Botox/fillers or BANGS!
ReplyDeleteOMG you are just the sweetest, cutest and most beautiful person!! I can’t stop watching your videos - not only because they are great and have great information - but because of how nice and funny you are! I just can’t get enough of you and just love ya! 😘
ReplyDeleteHi Melissa. I'm a fairly new subscriber of yours and i have a question for you. I chose this video bc it pertains to the skin (loved it by the way)! You really have done a wonderful job taking care of yourself and it shows, especially on your face. My question is, considering the products you use on your face, how do you keep it from getting dry? Your closeups are amazing and your skin never appears dry, even after applying foundation, which can sometimes happen to us. Can you recommend a face product that in your opinion, could help with dryness? Doesn't seem like you mask or use peels (although i haven"t watched all of your videos yet). I understand every skin type is different, but i think you have enough personal experience, i would try a recommendation from you. I look fwd to many fun filled videos. Thank you for sharing your world Melissa. Ps. I loved how you curled and styled your daughter n law's hair. you should do more videos like those.
ReplyDeleteYou are just gorgeous, inside out thank you for being a role model!
ReplyDeletewhat is the most beautiful about you is how natural your face looks, you can smile, frown, it all has movement and plasticity that botox would otherwise make immobile.
ReplyDeleteThank you for caring and sharing and taking care of telling us about these things! You're a sweet angel
ReplyDeleteyou are just so pretty
ReplyDeleteYou must know Jesus it shows in your smile
ReplyDeletepraying for you
ReplyDeleteBotox and injectables. Tell the truth. You know you do it. Why do you need to make these videos claiming that your skin looks that way is bc of creams? Your forehead is FROZEN.
ReplyDeleteYou’re a phony and while many people will say I’m mean for saying this, the real mean person is this fake woman who is lying.
You’re not fooling all of us. Botox every six months. Injections to your cheeks and laugh lines. Injections to your lips. Look at her before photos from her video about how she became a blonde.
And the sweet as honey demeanor is an act. She’s a plastic, fake, hollow person.
I’ll accept all the hate replies. But I hope some of you who read this will look at this video again, especially at the end, and come to realize that skin cream doesn’t make your forehead nearly immovable.
Love to get to know you
ReplyDeleteHow in the Hell is your skin tighter than mine when I'm not even 30!? I gotta start doing what you are doing like asap
ReplyDeleteDo you have oily or dry skin naturally? Just curious how I could incorporate this routine as my skin is drier naturally but produces acne.
ReplyDeleteThanks for another great vid!
I’ve never seen such an attractive young looking 60 or 55 year old we her age is
ReplyDeleteWhen we smile, most of time people would see the wrinkle under the eyes. Of course, I have too. I would like to recommend some luxury brands for you, and hope they could help

Hi Melissa! You’re so inspirational! I love how your eyes always look lined - I was wondering if you have eyeliner tattoo or if it’s just natural eyeliner or residual from eyeliner pencil? You’re so beautiful and so endearing!
ReplyDeleteYour skin is amazing. Damn near flawless... I'm tuning in to find out everything you know that can help me with my problem skin. You've taken excellent care of yourself, it's super inspiring.
ReplyDeleteHow many years have you been using the Obaji and Retin A because my undereyes skin is so loose and wrinkly at 47 I don’t think these products can possibly reverse it I probably need surgery and I can’t BELIEVE you’re in your 60’s because your undereyes look like mine at age 35. No fair!
