i think everything you suggest WORKS 100% - one my cousin has seen all results by following all your exercises
Just a questuon - i am.25 and have dropping corners of the mouth (not sure why) - it has started and i think i i donot do something about it it will be much much worse -- i donot want to follow all these exercises as i donot have any other aging signs on my face AT ALL - can you help me with some exercise to follow regularly to lift the sagging corners of the mouth PLEASE (i got to know that it can be achieved by just lifting up the skin near the corners of the mouth using hands or knuckles or thumb , as well and doing circular movements with thumb in that area or by - or lifting by using jade roller or gua sha also helps as we might not be able apply desired amountof pressure on muscles using hands , -- PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME please suggest what is shud do- what will be best for me- i want to get red of this ASAP - i need your advice because

ReplyDeleteI am not able to really duplicate what you are doing in the second half. Could you show it without your fingers? Either I feel like I am activating my 11 lines which is not great or I am feeling like the muscles under the eyes are being squeezed. Please just clarify how we are squeezing and what we should or should not feel -is it just a squint or are we trying to close the eye lid part way. If I can't get this can I sub it for another eye exercise from the other routines? I do have that drooping bag above my eyes that I need to deal with.
