Hello Peta, thank you for the wonderful videos and all the effort you put in. Just one question, would it be better to moisturize the eye area before doing the exercise?

ReplyDeleteHi Peta, when I do this exercise my fingers under the eyes go up and down while I notice that yours go more from the ears to the nose (from out to the middle of the face). Am I doing it wrong? Thank you so much for your precious work!!

ReplyDeleteHi Peta, I was released from Army in 2009 and it took its toll on my skin..needless to say I wasn't pleased. .I've been doing your exercise for a couple of months, and I'm seeing results. ..Thank you for these videos!!
ReplyDeleteOk, I understand now, this is the exercise for Undereyes area! my undereyes area are my big problem, it is genetic, but in my family it is me who have the deepest and darkest undereyes area, and now I am 41 yrs old, and the problem is getting worse and worse, i hope I can build muscles in this area to fix the problem, because when I smile it is really ugly!!

I am on series one but was wondering if i can incorporate the crows feet exercise within series one, or am I best staying with the routine ? if so, is this exercise in the other series, the reason i ask is I suffer with droopy folded eyelids & deep creases under my eyes + crows feet :-(
ReplyDeleteOh I'm sorry with all my questions Peta. when I press my middle fingers right under my eye bags, it remains holes there, so the bags under my eyes looks even worse. Do I press too hard? You need resistance there when you squeeze, so I don't know if I'm doing it right.
ReplyDeleteHi Peta, I have finally gotten this exercise right. I was just using my lower lids but then I realized that squeezing a bit harder activated muscles around the nose and upper cheeks. It's a great toner. As always - thank you.

Peta, is it the squeezing of the eyes that moves the area and makes it look like your mouth is also moving.

ReplyDeleteHello Beautiful Peta! I am turning 48 and already have wrinkle lines under my eyes (upper cheek area.) Do we lay our fingers flat along, on top of these lines to try to immobilize them and not make them worse during this exercise? Also...Every time I smile I make these wrinkles/lines worse...but I can't help smiling all the time all day long! They are getting worse and worse...help! What do you do? You are amazing, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do for us!!!!!! Much love, Theresa
ReplyDeletehi i love your videos and just started looking at these and having a practice the only thing i find difficult when im doing like this one i find it really hard to stop my forehead from lifting up at the same time no matter how much i try not to how do you stop the other parts of your face moving sorry if that sounds dumb lol
