Hi, today I would like to talk about how to get rid of glabella, frown or furrow lines or wrinkles on your forehead.
That is two lines between the eyebrows on your forehead.
The solution is very simple.
At least it worked perfectly well for me.
Take a needle.
A needle like this, very simple.
It needs to be sharp or as sharp as you can get
and some disinfectant.
I use this surgical spirit from Boots.
It costs only a few pounds.
So, disinfect the needle.
Disinfect the forehead and the wrinkles
and start the treatment.
Use the needle to puncture the frown lines.
Do it a few times, a couple times a week
for a few weeks.
Then stop your treatment all together for a few months
and you will see that the result is permanent. It stays.
Some of this needling gives temporary result,
which is due to swelling of the skin.
However, some of the result is permanent.
And you will see that after a few months your skin looks better.
After my perfect experience with this one needle experiment
I became a fan of derma rollers as well.
Now I am using derma rollers to get rid of or smooth out my forehead wrinkles
and other areas of my face.
So, we'll see how that works.
If you want to see what my frown or furrow lines and forehead wrinkles looked like before
I started this needling procedure,
you can visit my blog for the picture of before the procedure and after the procedures.
Go to
find the "Search This Blog" box at the top, top right corner,
type in "derma roller" and click "Search".
and you'll get the whole article about derma roller skin therapy
and my needling experience to get rid of the glabella or furrow lines.
I would like to add one more thing.
Use sun cream with high SPF after skin rolling the next morning.
Also, do the treatment in the evening before going to bed,
because this area will become red after the needling.

  3. I thank you for this video!! Do you think it would work on very deep forehead furrows? Thanks so much again!

  4. I tried this method and it works! I dragged the needle very lightly through my deep brow lines instead of poking and it worked so instantly I could not believe my eyes! The lines literally disappeared when I put cream on the area. The lines that were there couldn't even really be seen for a few hours, the area was just a little red. However, when I woke up in the morning they are back a little bit so I will do this every couple of days and see what kind of results I get. I am so thankful for this method because I was seriously considering Botox because my lines were so deep. Thank you so much for this video!!!

  10. I have to ask you your forehead looks so smooth and unmovable. I have to ask are you wearing botox. It is not a crime if you are it just makes what you saying null and void.

I am not being mean I just asking because I considering botox if this does not work. I hoping that if you did do it without botox then I too can achieve the results you have.

  11. I watched a friend do botox on her forehead, and I was actually considering it until I watched these videos. I tried this needling technique on my frown lines and forehead starting last week, and I honestly see a difference already! I usually never leave comments, but I was so amazed that I jumped back on to leave one. For the serum, I used Lancome Absolue, and then just my regular moisturizer on top of it. This changed my mind completely on doing botox! I believe that my lines will be nearly invisible after a few more months of using this technique. Thank you for sharing! No botox for me!!

  12. Thanks Sissi, I am from Lithuania.

I swear by this method. It's so easy to do and takes no time, just a minute or two before bed and it definitely works, at least I am very happy with the result...

  13. @Beauty4Free2U I have just noticed your comment. Still learning the art of YouTube! LOL All info about activities on YouTube goes to spam folder somehow…

How long have you been living in the US?

It's true, Sissi, I have also read that it might be a good idea to let collagen build up before doing more needling, but I didn't wait and it worked for my anyway. I guess it depends on how many times you are going to puncture your skin, if a lot, then probably it's better to wait. I guess you need to follow your intuition… x

  25. I should have probably mentioned that it would be a good idea to use some serum after the needling as skin is particularly permeable after the procedure; you will get the most out of your serum too!
