  6. Do you use Botox on your forehead? Or is the tightness from your exercise alone?
    Also do you do anything other than diet, exercise and facerobics like laser treatments or fillers? I love your videos thank you ☺️

  8. Hi Pippa thank you for your lovely vidoes.I was thinking perhaps if you wore a retainer/mouthguard during facial excercises as this will stop the that part of the muscle pressing against empty space and creating a crease.

  9. Hi Peta... you could have been directing this video right to me... I’m having success with your exercises and think I look much younger than my 75 year old peers... of course I use Tazorac and bioidentical progesterone cream on my face as we.l as vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid. As a faithful follower of your exercises I have seen much improvement in my cheeks, eyes, forehead but suddenly developed a long crease along the marionette line on the side of my face where teeth have been removed and 2 implants and s bridge were installed. Seems I have some bone loss which is being attended to but think it is probably sleeping with my mouth either open or drooping as I sleep on my back that may be causing this disturbing development. Funny but the left side of my face where I’ve never lost a tooth looks great! I am now going to “google” to find a chin strap to hold my chin in place at night... it may sound funny at my age, but my husband might move to another room when I put a “hammock” on my face.
    You look amazing by the way and I really appreciate your honesty - you’re a human being like the rest of us but you are making such a contribution to your followers’ lives and are always up front with new and relevant discoveries. Thanks so much,

  12. I apologise if l heard the wrong thing but l have been trying your facial excersises now for a while with little improvement. Did you actually try a chin strap to get you're face looking fantastic? Is it too late for me now at 71yrs old. I have never smoked or spent too much time in the son....

  14. Hi Pita! I would like to share a few things with you that may be a help to you, as you have helped me so much... I would like to share what my research has uncovered that is working for me. I began making my own hyaluronic acid serum simply by using a pure hyaluronic acid powder, 1 tsp with 1 tsp of pure vegetable glycerin in 3/4 cup of distilled water. Shake it up and keep refrigerated. It will keep good for about three weeks before needing to make a new batch. Do not put your fingers in it to contaminate it. Use a sterilized plastic or wooden spatula or spoon and you will need a very small amount. A little goes a long way! Always douse your face with good water before putting your hyaluronic acid serum on as it will suck the water down into the skin with it to super hydrate and moisturize your skin. Then afterwards put a pure 100 percent rose hip seed oil on over top and let it dry in. It is pure vitamin c. I do not use a carrier oil with my rose hip seed oil... I put it straight on. Also I have been studying the diet of the Yuzurihara Japanese village diet. They eat a lot of root vegetables, miso, edame and some very hyaluronic acid building foods for internal building of hyaluronic acid which is the youth serum inside of our bodies that build collagen and elastin.   15. and it's a matter of repetition of exercising tongue mewing. And if u'r awake make sure put something ex. Ring to. Reminds u to Close the mouth while tongue is mewing by. Dr. John Mew. And he has a friend that support his legacy, made a kind of plaster (a lip shape) that can put it on. Lips during bed time said it can buy in Amazon. Com

I’m leaving this here just in case it might help someone: I was told by my orthodontist that TONGUE placement is so important in keeping your face shape and bite in place: Take the back of your tongue and suction it as hard as you can to your upper pallet. Hold for 10 seconds then quickly release so that you make a “click” sound in the back of your throat. I repeat this exercise all throughout the day and it works more than anything else I’ve ever tried... Also to keep my mouth closed when I’m sleeping I bite down on the sides of my tongue (NOT the tip as that can affect the teeth, JUST the sides of tongue). Not too hard, but hard enough so I’m locked in that position. It takes a while to condition yourself to do this all night, but after a while it starts to feel comfortable and you’ll stop sleeping with an open mouth while also keeping your face in correct alignment.

  31. Hi Peta, I was a mouth breather but my snoring got really bad and I went and saw a breathing therapist. I know that this sound weird, but he suggests that you wear mouth tape to bed to keep you mouth closed when your asleep. There are several exercises that he gets you to do as well, its been great, I still snore but not as much as I use to.
    Also I had noticed that my teeth have been slowly going crooked especially my top and my jaw were starting to concave to one side (apparently this is what happen when you over 50 boohoo). The Dentist suggested Invisaligns. I have been wearing them for 16 weeks and I can see such a difference in my mouth. My smile was always to one side now its not so bad I can see the results its amazing. Hope this helps. By the way you look FAB !!!!!

  32. Peta you should read the book written in the 60"s by Senta Maria Runge" called facing lifting by Exercise she literally wrote the book on face lifting there are many things you might benefit from I think you can find it on amazon. Great reference i read daily.

  33. My ( 58 years) problems around my mouth started 1 year ago.....when they had to remove 6 teeth !! I am a "smiley" person, but since then my mouth went down. Now I unterstand 🤔😉😆. Thanks a lot for all of your videos !!

  35. Omg that's exactly my problem . I am 50 years old but you look younger than me lol. I was a smoker for years but I quit three years ago. But I have more wrinkles around the mouth that you just talked about. I am a mouth breather and never thought of the strap thank you so much. Love you such a sweet lady . New sub ❤️❤️❤️
