All your getting is a guy who learned some marketing, creased a suit and tie , and read and regurgitated a bunch of " be a alpha Male " books .. think for yourself sheep. By 28 my net worth is 30 million dollars in real estate. It was when I distanced myself from the self help cult ( designed to sell you shit ) and got a mentor who was himself a millionaire, that I started to really flourish. Yes you can west flip flops and board shorts and besuccessful. . Completely unrelated to creams but I'm so over these cringy insecure youtubers hiding behind the veil of marketing and self inflated popularity

Keep it simple
ReplyDelete1.wash face with lukewarm water apply a fruit extract foaming wash that has some cerimides in it and sacilic acid and rinse off.
2.hydrate your skin in with Aloe Vera gel or oil like almond,olive to suit your skin type
3.apply spf 30 uva uvb sunscreen protection if going out in the sun
4.use exfoliation fruit extract with green tea Shea and cocoa once or twice a week (make your own its a piece of piss and lasts a long time)
5. (Retin A and nicinamides aswell at night!!
6.take a good whole food mineral and vitamin complex and adaptogenic herbs and boom ๐ฅ ๐

The thing is, it’s best to start EARLY. Wrinkles are permanent. So, prevention is the best way to go. Good skincare started early will drastically slow down the aging process in your skin
