Yoga Facial Exercise : How to Reduce Mouth Wrinkles, Laugh Lines - Episode 126
Dr. Janine Bowring, ND will be sharing with you key yoga facial exercises to practice to help reduce mouth wrinkles and laugh lines. The nasolabial folds get more pronounced as we age. A good way to improve the facial tone of the muscles in the face and to get a natural face lift effect, is to do the exercises regularly in the video.
The puffer fish exercise is a favourite of Dr. Bowring's. Also using your fingers as resistance you can exercise the facial muscles by smiling repeatedly. You can also use facial acupressure points, or facial acupuncture, to help to stimulate the chi, or energy in the face, this helps to improve collagen production. Dr. Bowring demonstrates a particular point on the large intestine meridian that helps with reducing the nasolabial folds, or laugh lines.

This won't really help. The skin on the face (especially around eyes) is very thin and the more you stretch out of it's normal place and position it in any way, the more tendency it will have to create the wrinkles. I think it's best you just leave it alone, stay out of the sun, use sunscreen, drink water and eat fruits and vegetables. They're inevitable anyway from smiling, yawning, laughing etc.
