There is no single right way to treat the aging neck. You really have to take a look at the patient and decide what combination approach needs to be used. In other words, do they have fat under their chin? Is it wrinkles? Is it fine lines? Is it cragginess to the skin? All these different aspects of the aging neck need to get treated differently. If I feel like a patient has too much fat under their chin and that's what's contributing to the aging neck, I may suggest Kybella, which is an injection which dissolves the fat under your neck. Is it just sagging of the skin? Is it lost volume? Is it the tone? So there's not one treatment for the aging neck, it's a combination of treatments that will best suit you.
