Do These Exercises, And You'll Get Rid of Wrinkles In 10 Minutes



Fine lines and wrinkles don’t just come with aging. It’s also got a lot to do with your diet, lifestyle, and, most importantly, sun exposure. Thankfully, there are easy and effective ways to reduce their appearance.

We’ll start with some fitness for your face. Make sure your face is clean, toned, and moisturized. No make-up, ladies! You’ll also need to wash those hands! As with any workout, we first need to warm up. So tap your face with your fingers and slightly massage it. Breath in and out a few times, inhale and exhale. Don’t forget to massage your scalp and really get the blood flowing. Now that we’re all warmed up, let’s get started!

Remember that you’ll need to repeat these steps regularly so be sure to add this video to your favorites so that you can easily come back to it.

Make sure that all of the movements are done smoothly and be careful not to press too hard on your skin. Don’t forget to breathe deeply during the exercises.

  1. im 12, when i raise my eyebrows i have wrinkles, when my friends raise their eyebrows they have nothing. You can see the wrinkle marks no matter what

  5. Most of these just don’t make sense to me.. correct me if i’m wrong, but isn’t pulling the skin taut and releasing over & over going to cause premature wrinkles and increase in present wrinkles? All it’s doing is stretching the skin and damaging the elasticity?

  9. Interesting! It can't hurt I suppose... Might feel relaxing? The real way to prevent wrinkles starts with wearing sunscreen everyday, washing your face & exfoliating dead skin cells. Occasional cosmetic aspects like Botox injections or chemical peels (facials) do wonders. Worth the time & bit of money. Also no smoking, not good period. Eating a healthy diet, & drinking plenty of water will all go a long way.

  13. Why not used a natural model you showing to do how to do it massage correctly. You don’t need to used a animated cartoons woman that hard to follow. Or else do it yourself to show it to us! Just an opinion

  15. Hate to break it to you but this doesn't work. Cleaning your face twice a day everyday, exfoliate twice a week and most importantly moisturize. I suggest starting in your mid 20's
