ReplyDeleteOpen pores ko kam karney ke liya aap yeh kijiye:
1. oily face hain toh salicylic acid face wash twice a day. Dry face ho toh normal mild cleanser
2. gel based non-comedogenic moisturiser.
3. Tretinoin 0.025% cream at night on areas of open pores
4. sunscreen on a regular basis.
Agar severe hain toh aap dermatologist ke clinic main Dermaroller, Co2 laser etc bhi karwa saktey ho.
