  2. You are so like my mom...you look super young at any age! She's a massage addict and she uses barely any products, just what she needs to be effective. Her look is so natural and stunning, just like you! :)

  3. Another wonderful video. I've done this for years and can testify to its many benefits. I sort of make it a ritual at night along with hair massage. I enjoyed hearing the scientific benefits. You are beautiful inside and out.

  5. i find that grapeseed oil works well for my oily acne prone skin. i use it as my night time moisturizer mixed with tea tree oil. I'll have to use some plain grapeseed oil and try facial massage.

  9. You are showing to massage just the top part of the face but what about the bottom part , isn't maintaining the cheeks, chin and neck area firm  important as well otherwise if you  massage just the forehead it will be firm and the rest of your face will end up looking loose.

  11. Is it okay to just use regular water? That's the only thing I can trust myself using to wash my face. It makes sense how you have to start very early when it comes to preventing wrinkles. I'm 26 but still, do you know of anything that can prevent grey hair?
