  1. I cannot sleep on my back. It causes me to snore/snort and I wake up. It also hurts my back.

  2. HotandFlashy -- I have a patent pending right now that you can check out that will help side sleepers and the chest wrinkles! Coming soon: Blest Rest, by DanCyn Development. It will be offered for sale by the end of the summer (projected).

  3. Thanks for this! I’m only 27 and I sleep on my side this was reassuring! Back sleeper now!

  4. I'm only 30 and I noticed a deep Y shape after being on practically bed rest for four months of the summer (yes I am a side sleeper). I have been using wrinkle cream to try and help it. I'm also big on vitamins. Can anyone recommend a really good wrinkle cream for sensitive skin and vitamins to help get rid of this ugly thing lol?

  8. I use Silcskin decollette pads that I get from a
company called Skinvigor8 in Australia.  I have been using them for years and
swear by them.  They are a silicone pad that you stick on your chest at night -
stops the skin from creasing together and gets rid of the wrinkles.  The difference
is incredible - and quick!  I have tried similar products but these are by far and
away the best I've come across.

  13. Not an easy solution to sleep on your back. A lot of us can't sleep on our backs, it's too painful.

  14. I see the question was asked two years ago...did you ever answer?

  15. I sleep on my back and have them at 40. :( So no..not a solution.

  16. HAH "i'm not even 50 yet!" girl, i'm not even THIRTY yet, and i have a permanent "fan" wrinkles on my chest. And it's not even from sleeping. My breasts are really sagging so wearing any type of bra lifts them up from their natural position and holds them there all day. that has create a giant wrinkle that starts underneath my breasts and runs all the way up between them into the fan shape. How am i supposed to get rid of that? If i don't wear a bra that'll cause more sagging ...

  17. Big ugly nasty y of wrinkled skin. Ok, let's proliferate the myth that wrinkles are ugly, there for getting older is ugly and nasty. So sad. I imagine that you will be getting filler so that you never has to get old ugly and nasty rather than looking lovely at whatever age.

Understand that I do my best to keep my skin as healthy and youthful looking as possible. I'd even consider a touch of filler now and then. But to label signs of aging in such a negative way appears agist and misogynist. I have a feeling that you are not a silly unkind woman. Please prove it to us!.

This video is from 2013, so I'm not sure you'll get this post, but if you do I hope that you will think about my comments.
    Thanks!

  21. How can one train themselves in the unconscious state to sleep in a certain position?? I know the answer is to sleep on your back but I'm asleep.....how can I know I'm on my side when I started out on my back like a good little girl? Help!

  22. snap im a side sleeper and I knew that sleeping in this position was causing my chest wrinkles however I try sleeping on my back but lo and behold I end up on my side again, maybe I should get my hubby to make me 2 props so I cant turn onto my side.....now theres a thought...lol...xxx

  23. I am 35 and I have a deep crease right in the center of my chest. It makes me look really much older than I am. I am a tosser at night. So I start out on my back but end up on my sides at some point. If somehow I can get something to put in between my breasts while I am on the side, and try to consciously remember to sleep on my back for as long as possible...my question is. How long will it take for the already deep crease to minimize in appearance? I realize it will never go away completely at this point...but any ideas on how long it will take to reduce the appearance of the crease?

  24. What are your tips for learning how to sleep on your back?

    ReplyDelete
  25. lol I noticed the same thing way back when I was 47, so in addition to sleeping on my back, when I want to sleep on my side, I just sleep with a small pillow between my boobs. I think being on the bigger side boob wise your more prone to see those wrinkles?

    ReplyDelete
  26. No one else talks about these issues, I'm so glad I found your channel! Great tip. I'm a side sleeper and have noticed the hideous chest wrinkle. Now I'll try to train myself to stay in this position all night.

  27. Odd to share, but lately, I've had dramatic dreams where I'll kick and punch in my sleep, and I've had to put a king size pillow as a divider so that I don't injure my boyfriend! The nights I do this, I'm cocooned by the pillow at my side and one under my legs and cant really flip to my side, but the pillows are actually comfortable. Its an extreme example, but I definitely don't move the night I do this.

  28. ok, now that we've conquered the chest wrinkles, what about the turkey neck?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Well, I've all but totally retrained myself to sleep on my back now. This video of your helped give me an incentive. However, I found that I do need to buy a new mattress as I've developed lower back pain from the low support one I presently have now. It's all good though, as I've been needing one for a while.

    Thanks Ang,
    Mary ;-)

  30. I'm in the midst of starting to shop around now. I was told to hold out until the big July 4th sales. Grrr. Thanks for the suggestion. I hate to depend on the salesperson's opinion only.

  31. Easier said then done !! If I want to be wide awake ALL night, I just have to lie on my back. And boy do I have chest wrinkles !! It lookes more like a ski slope. How do I train myself ??

    ReplyDelete
  32. Help! I'm only 20 and I've found that these lines even persist hours after I wake up in the morning (they get better, but are still there all day). I've always been very careful about sunscreen, so I can't figure out why this is happening! Will sleeping on my back alone get rid of these lines?

  33. Hi Angie, I agree with you! I sleep on my back and even though I'm 47, most people think I'm in my mid thirties. No kidding! I think this is one of those things!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Angie, I am doing pretty well with training myself to sleep on my back, but I'm finding that I'm getting a lot more neck and upper back/shoulder pain, waking up really stiff in those areas, and the stiffness lasts all day. Do you use a special pillow or anything? Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Well, I'm mostly back sleeping for my face, not my chest, since I don't have much in that department! :) I think my pillow might be a little too puffy, so I'm going to try a flatter one to see if that helps. Thanks for all your input; you're awesome!

  36. Hi Angie, thank you for motivating me to prevent those wrinkles, because I too sleep on my side. I need to get on a budget this year, so no more doing my color with a hairstylist and I'm trying to do it at home, but I have lots of grey hair and haven't been able to find a good hair color brand that could cover my grey hair for more than a week. I already went to Sally's and what they recommend didn't work and tryed Garnier and didn't work either. Can you suggest any brand?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Great suggestion - now the million dollar question, how did you train yourself to not turn over in your sleep - Im a huge side sleeper, always have been.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Your absolutely correct, very hard habit to brake... But I do try!!!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Yep. (hand raised) and here we have a 46 yr old side-sleeping (former) sun worshipper. Mine are not wrinkles, they're sun spotted crevasses! Oh the hard lessons Ive learned...

    ReplyDelete
  40. Yes, I agree. Being a side sleeper isn't good for the chest or the face! When I sleep on my side I can feel the wrinkles happening! Plus the sun damage from my youth.....at least we can try from now on to reduce them! Good video and tip!

  41. Nice tips! I swear that my massager helps keeps wrinkles away, I just reviewed it on my chanel and my blog, it's called the Perfect Profile. I have three, 2 for backups since it's only $19.99... check it out and let me know what you think, i've referred it to many of my friends and finally just made a video.

  42. Great advice. I've been sleeping on my back for several years, since I noticed a wrinkle that was forming along the jawline. Oh, I also sleep with a satin pillowcase too.

  44. Bad habit to break, but it's just so darn comfortable!!!

  45. I have been trying this - I also slather my skin face and neck and chest with vitamin E oil... which helps too!
