    Omg I’m ordering this right now!!! I get neck and shoulder pain all the time...when I sleep on my side..so Ive been trying to sleep on my back. I’ve tried so many pillows but always end up on my side 🤦🏻‍♀️lol

    I’ve Purchased quite a few pillows for sleeping.... I’m the same!!! I sleep sideways on a pillow but plump a squishy blanket on the sides and sleep to side ... not to squish my face if that makes sense. I thought OK I’ll buy the sleep and glow... 1 more pillow to try haaa ... I went to the website you advised and wow that’s expensive 😣... I checked their return policy ... only if it’s damaged will they take it back. For a $150 pillow you would think they’d give ya a little room to check it out... I bought that nurse Jaime pillow but it’s too flat and small - same concept ... is the sleep and glow memory foam??

    I have the Your Face pillow and love it! Now I am trying to use a 5 in wedge to elevate myself a bit, but it is harder than I thought. I also have the Tempur pedic pillow, and I can't stand it, gives me neck pain.

    So grateful I watched this video. I had an ACDF last summer and have been struggling finding a pillow. I get headaches they wake me in the night and shoulder and neck pain. I have been using the MyFacePillow for a couple of weeks and it has made my nights much better. I actually described this pillow to my husband a few months ago... I knew what I wanted in my head but had yet to find it. Thank you😀

    I need that pillow! Due to very large breasts I can’t sleep on my back bc the weight of my breasts pulls on my chest causing discomfort and pain but with the pillow I can still sleep on my side and help with wrinkles!

    I bought the sleep and glow pillow after watching this. You have to sleep at the very end of the pillow to get the “anti wrinkle” benefits. I’ve also had a neck ache ever since I got it (I’m 5’ 3”...maybe it would suit someone taller. It seems like the lower edge is too wide for me). I’m going to stop using it. I’m not trying to bash the product. I just want to share my experience and maybe save someone some money 😊. I’ll just chalk it up as another “YouTube made me buy it” 🤣

    Ok, have to say first of all, thank you for all your info. I appreciate you sharing. I have a question concerning the sleeping on my back thing. Being that I am over 50, I have a little more loose skin then I used to around my jawline. One time I fell asleep on my back while reading and after I woke up, I had pronounced lines on my jawline. I carried them around like a tattoo for a few hours. This makes me think that when back sleeping, if your into it deep like I was, won't this cause permanent gawd awful wrinkles on my jawline? I guessing with the right pillow my jaw would stay up off my neck/chest area, right? LOL Anyways, as I wrote this I kind of answered my own question didn't I.... lol

    I love to sleep on my side. I definitely can see the aging it has caused! I also have so many hot flashes all night and wake up with a damp head and hair. Would the silk cover or the pillows help keep my head cooler? Thanks Shani :)
