feel the sane as Kayla clicked on you first --thank goodness Great Tutorial
ReplyDeleteThank you. Well done!
ReplyDeleteA gallant effort, but I see where some Cordura might be easier for the DIY people (like me). That and I have made a mental note to never, EVER, buy round top stools any more. Bloody hell.
ReplyDeleteThank you for taking the time to show us! I just upholstered a stool and not too happy with the wrinkles. Can’t wait to do the other three the way you showed us.
ReplyDeleteGood video and tip of the hat to guy who recommended using heat gun - with moderation
ReplyDeleteLiked, thanks. You can use a hair dryer to "mold" the vinyl.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, and thank you for the upload!
ReplyDeleteTy so much friend
ReplyDeleteyou need to stretch this a little more.
ReplyDeleteI just learned that the air holes should be made before reupholstering. Drilling into the foam caused it to bunch up around the drill bit and I had to redo everything.
ReplyDeleteOmg I happened to click on this first thank goodness and this is soooo helpful!! Thanks
ReplyDeleteIts great!!! Thanks!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat video just what i needed to see to recover my round bar-stools for outside use.
ReplyDeleteThank you for a great entertaining and informative video, some great tips
ReplyDeleteSam
Nice work. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteYou’re good at this. Best video using faux leather. An electric stapler would make your job easier.
ReplyDeleteWow, you explain very well and THAT circle was perfect. . . mine would have looked more an oval than a circle. Wish me luck with my vanity stool. A bit nervous because the material is so gorgeous and I don't want to ruin it. Make a video for a rectangle stool. Please. June 29, 2019
ReplyDeletegreat practical step by step. I wish I had watched this. I watched others do square seats. I too like perfection and I am disappointed with my results but my wife is happy. I see why the experienced craftsmen start with tacks since you invariably have to remove some and do over to get best results.
ReplyDeleteGreat job on this video! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteYou have the best video for rounded corners, all the others I looked at they leave the corners folded which don't look that great. Thanks for the information.
ReplyDeleteThis was perfect to me . You are definitely a perfectionist. 😂 but great job
ReplyDeleteA great instructional video. You did a great job with this. A lot of
ReplyDeleteotherwise good instructional videos (on numerous topics) leave out important information. Yours covered all bases. Great job!
Great tutorial! Helped me a lot with a project I’m working on. Thank you 🙂
ReplyDeleteThanks I found it helpful for my present project
ReplyDeletehello..i would have liked to see how it looked back on the stool..but great how video
ReplyDeleteThis is great, thank you! I just bought some stools from Craigslist and the stools are great but the upholstery is... Gross. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with you 100%. I was frustrated with most of those videos which have a very bad end result. I too, am a perfectionist. Your tutorial was very helpful. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteGreat video. Very well done. Thanks for the help.
