ReplyDeleteHi Jenifer! Am new to your channel. Questions for you! What is your skin type? What strength and how often do you use your retina? I found you via Anne Marie ' s channel. My skin type is normal. Am 62. Plan on starting with .025 and then using 0.50 if the 1st doesn't irritate me. I hardly have any wrinkles. People say I look at 15 years younger. Good genetics, nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, I guess. I have fine wrinkles and crows feet I would like do tackle more aggressively.

Do you still use this and love it or have you found anything better? Also, would you use this then follow it with a moisturizer with GA 12% or would that be too much GA? Love your videos, thanks!

ReplyDeleteInteresting the company will not disclose the Glycolic percentages , I see so many products that do. I can't understand why the secrecy. I make my own, using Clinique toner and pure Glycolic Acid from Amazon. I combine the two. I got this wonderful idea from a woman on youtube just cannot remember who. It really works and I also use Sanita's Retin-A 3 peel. Love it and I actually need another bottle! Thank you for your vids, I've been binge watching them all morning!! I know you have a coupon code for Sanita's, if you see this please let me know which vid it was in...thank you!

ReplyDeleteI also use Retin A, 30% glycolic peal, The Derma eE glycolic toner, and also the Studio 35 Alpha Hydroxy cream from Walgreens. I can't tell you how much I LOVE these products.I also get a Sublative laser peel once a year. I highly recommend this procedure!

ReplyDeleteHi, I've started on tretinoin a month ago and next week I will be move onto 2 x per week, I'm on the lowest strength. I also use the vit c 20% from skin deva, and lactic acid 5% from the ordinary....obviously not all on same nights lol. What I would like to know is can this Toner be used AM and PM? Can this Toner be used before my acids at PM.? Does this Toner good for PH adjusting the skin before acids or serums go on? I have recently ordered it but not received it yet so want to get some info for when it arrives. And lastly, how does this Toner compare to the P50 as I have this too. Many thanks

Have you noticed that? I need to go through the ingredients better and see what's added or taken away if anything. ~Holly

ReplyDeleteI swear ry Sharon Marie glycolic acid products . You can choose your percentage of glycolic acid in your toner, lotion etc. I've been using her products for years and LOVE it . I'm always so surprised how well her products work. Very affordable too! She is a well kept secret . I stumbled on her site while just look for glycolics. She offers all kinds of exfoliants.

ReplyDeleteI am using Deciem the ordinary glycolic 7% toner, I also used after that retinol 2% and hyaluronic acid 2% b5 I did that for 3 nights and now I am peeling like crazy and my face is tight so I am using coconut oil to help with the tightness.....I can't wear any makeup cause it burns.....what can I do...this is the first time I use this stuff.....thanks xo

ReplyDeleteHi I bought this and used it today. After washing my face, oh my, surprise - yuck is right. My skin does feel a bit tacky after 15 min so far. I'm going to moisturize now. :)

ReplyDeleteYou look Great by the way and i know you let us all know your over 40,may i ask how long ago you turned 40? Did you start using peels and have a good skin regiment etc many years ago when your skin was still in its youthful stage so to speak if you get where im coming from. I have since my late 20s been doing facial exercises and now as im in my 40s im reaping the benefits from doing so esp around my eye areas when im compared to others around the same age as me.

ReplyDeleteI read a lot of the reviews and most said this is a basic good toner but see no better skin. plus how could the vitamin A work when its getting air. plus I commented on your video cuz u go on about being over 40 & I thought wow you look amazing. I'm turning 40 in 2 months . but I've never had any botox ,fillers in my face. I thought u was naturally looking good for your age. I'm not knocking you for the botox at all. Cuz if I could afford it I'd do it too. I'd have a lot done if I could . I just thought you was all natural. You look amazing! 😇
ReplyDeleteWon't acids interfere with the retin a? A dermatologist said they shouldn't be used at the same time because it weakens the effect of the retin a. Do you notice this?

I'm more of a Kroger girl - just to avoid the HEB crowd.. but I made a trip to get this product! *excited *Used it, LOVE! I never felt the same with my usual Loreal toner. I have super sensitive skin and had no adverse reactions. It really feels super clean. Subscribed and happy to see the videos :)
