What is Face Yoga?
Face Yoga is a great natural solution to regain your youthful appearance, a.k.a. natural alternative to botox or plastic surgery! We wake up sleeping facial muscles in the face to lift up the skin and relax over-working facial muscles for wrinkle reduction .
My Bio:

How did she get interested in Face Yoga?
At the age of 27, I was advised to add implant by a doctor, so did it, because the doctor told her that it can be easily removed if she doesn’t like it. Unfortunately, the chin got distorted and I didn’t like it, so obviously had it removed, but the chin has never been the same as before. It is distorted to a side (asymmetrical chin), which made me realize that I should have pursued more natural alternative such as Face Yoga!

4:40 do 5-10 reps for 10 seconds while taping or touching your cheekbones

ReplyDeleteI have about 3 lines under my eyes each. I don’t know how or why they got there. 😞 I don’t know how to get rid of them. I don’t even take pictures because of my hoodie eyes and lines under my eyes.

ReplyDeleteI looked like you before a crazy doctor empted all the fat around my eyes up and under the eyes.she thought that the fat will come back,thats what one thought 30 years ago..she destroyed my life,face and economy

ReplyDeleteI got skelleted around the eayes by a swedish clinic and a doctor who was not a plasticsurgen.in sweden any doctor can call herself plasticsurgeon even wothout education.I was fooled by that and many other women.I had to put fat back around the eyes from the stomach and kness by a real plasticsurgeon.And I cannot close my eyes and look completely like a new person.This clinic and doctor at 72 years old stlls operate women around the eyes without education and heart and damage a lot of women.None of us can close our eyes and none of us looks the same any more and all of us had to pay a real plasticsurgeon for help.WHICH HAS COST A FORTUNE!.we who could afford that.its a bif shame the clinic and the doctor paid nothing.Swedish authorities protects them in spite of that we had Swedens biggest eyeclinic and other plasticsurgeons to back us women up who have seen all damage!
