Have you considered derma fillers such as bella fill? They inject a filler directly into the scar itself and once collagen produces, the filler fades away. I have the same type of acne scars. Been trying dermarolling for about 5 months now (1.5mm needles) and I don't see much difference. I'm giving the dermapen a try but honestly if that fails, I'm gonna consider bellafill.
