What is Face Yoga?
Face Yoga is a great natural solution to regain your youthful appearance, a.k.a. natural alternative to botox or plastic surgery! We wake up sleeping facial muscles in the face to lift up the skin and relax over-working facial muscles for wrinkle reduction .
My Bio:

How did she get interested in Face Yoga?
At the age of 27, I was advised to add implant by a doctor, so did it, because the doctor told her that it can be easily removed if she doesn’t like it. Unfortunately, the chin got distorted and I didn’t like it, so obviously had it removed, but the chin has never been the same as before. It is distorted to a side (asymmetrical chin), which made me realize that I should have pursued more natural alternative such as Face Yoga!

How long do you leave in mouth? Hours??
ReplyDeletehi koko it's a very useful tip, but I have a slim face so I wonder if this kind of exercise make my face slimmer or not, I don't prefer it slimmer but on the contrary plumper, thnx for great guidance always
ReplyDeleteHi koko, Thanks for great tips, Can you explain why I feel like my philtrum gets longer after I work with baby bottle cap, it may be the wrong size so I try a smaller size, though it works the cheekbones and jawlines perfectly

At my age,,, I thought I would have to give in to my skin ’s insistence to crinkle & wrinkle. Not so! The crinkles are gone and wrinkles have greatly diminished..

ReplyDeleteHello! i went to all supermarkets, baby shops and pharmacies and the biggest is up to 6 months! Yours looks so much bigger and fitting! It is still fine if I use the limit I get here which is up to 6 months?
ReplyDeleteIt is called baby nipple and there is the size one for babies from birth to up to 6 months. Size two, three and four are bigger. I think yours is a size three. I only get size one in my country! How come???
