Pine Pollen & Skin Health: Anti-Wrinkle, Skin Brightening & Anti-Aging



Pine pollen is a natural source of reduced glutathione as well as plant steroids that increase DHEA and testosterone in the body.

Glutathione, in study, has been shown to neutralize skin-aging free radicals and improve skin elasticity and reduce wrinkles. It also has a skin brightening effect by its inhibition of tyrosinase.

  3. I love the ViatJing Herbs' Pine Pollen! I just eat it on a spoon. For the skin benefits discussed in this video, how much and how frequently is ideal to take? Is it better to take Pine Pollen powder in smaller 1/4-1/2 tsp amounts more frequently 3-4 times per day or take it in a larger amount? 1tsp?
