Today I am Sharing two simple use of Bitter Gourd for skin issues, Bitter Gourd has many health benefits but it works also for skin problems include skin infection, acne, and wrinkles, please add it in your meal and use as a face treatment for your facial skin diseases, it helps to purify your blood and remove your body toxin which cause your skin problems.

Remedy

Take a Fresh Bitter Gourd, add into the blender to make a fine puree, using 2-3 Tbsp of water, strain this puree to get juice, use 2 Tsp of this juice daily, now take the leftover puree, apply it on your face thoroughly, leave for 20 minutes then wash with normal water. Keep using to 3 weeks. you can store it in the fridge, to 2-3 days.

Best Face Mask For Dry Skin And Wrinkles, Get 100 % Results

Today I am Sharing two simple Face mask for dry skin and wrinkles, Dry skin occurs when skin doesn't retain sufficient moisture. This can happen as a result of frequent bathing, use
of harsh soaps, aging, or certain medical conditions. Applying moisturizers regularly after bathing helps prevent dry skin. People can also prevent dry skin by avoiding things that may trigger dryness, excessive air conditioning
bathing or showering too often, showering in too hot water, frequent contact with detergents, staying outside in windy conditions without covering the skin, using homemade treatments etc, try to hydrate your skin internally, drink plenty
of water, use milk to drink and applying on your dry skin is also soothe it,

now start remedy, you can also use these masks on your hands, arms, and feet, to prepare the first remedy you will need

1 egg white and ½ tsp of Olive oil

Take egg White in a bowl, whisk it properly, then add ½ tsp of Olive Oil, mix well and apply on your face, let it sit for 15 minutes, then wash with normal water, please see schedule chart in the video to use this mask for the face,

For the 2nd mask, you will need

honey and lemon juice,
take 1 Tsp of Honey, ½ Tsp of Lemon Juice
Mix both the ingredients well, apply on your face, massage very gently with your fingertips, leave for 15 minutes then wash it off. Use this mask daily before going to bed.
