  7. We have to take something in consideration, we need to not just eat right, we need to check ourselves such as , are we in toxic relationships? are we exercising? are we meditating? Are we stressed out on our jobs? Stress is the number one thing that makes us look older, Are we drinking alcohol , smoking, Did you have a hard life growing up? We have to heal on the inside, emotionally spiritually etc.. we can be spiritually toxic as well, once we get balanced we are good to go, Im 51 and don't look it at all, not trying to brag, people ask me what i do, I meditate, number one on my list to keep sane lol, get that stress off, change your way of thinking and focus on your own Mighty I am presence, Great Video!

  12. I don't like red peppers or Brussels sprouts. Eggplants are okay. Not a fan of vegetables other than carrots, peas, green beans, corn, and potatoes.

  14. I eat a lot of different vegetables, but some just don't appeal to me. Eggplant is one of them.
